Who Am I?

Hi. I’m Sarah Beauchemin, a Gen X bibliophile, cautious optimist and writer who believes in the remarkable power of a great story.
I’ve always tried to use my passion for storytelling to make a difference. Whether it was making homemade greeting cards at age 7, jotting down short stories, or formulating my English grad school thesis, I write to make my audience feel something – and be inspired to act.
That’s why I’m committed to helping the world’s “protagonists” – social enterprises, nonprofits and purposeful brands that do insanely hard work to improve our lives – tell their stories in a meaningful way that gets attention and results.
The truth is, creating stories online that inspire and generate real impact is difficult. If it wasn’t, no one would ever need help with it (and I’d be out of a job).
Stories that succeed online need two things:
- A laser-focused content strategy that is developed with your organization’s unique values, goals, positioning statement and audience in mind
- A skilled writer who can fuse creative writing with copywriting to tell your story in a stirring way that drives your audience to think, engage and act
